We accept all major credit cards through our secure site with the exception of AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER also PayPal [payment@musicbythescore.co.uk] and Cheques in ŁUK for postal addresses within the UK

We pride ourselves on providing a prompt service and aim to process and post all orders within 2 days of acceptance [with the exception of those received on Friday which will be posted on the following Monday]. Packaging is chosen with care to ensure the safe arrival of your items and proof of posting is always obtained. We will always advise you of the date your order was posted.Authenticity
Every item in our stock is, to the best of our knowledge, deemed to be an authentic publication. We never sell or make copies.Refunds
We do not normally accept returns unless the description of the item is shown to be incorrect or that the item has been incorrectly supplied, in which case we would of course make a full refund. However, please contact us first with full details for return authorisation.Shipping Charges.
We will reduce the postage & packings cost charges shown at checkout if you are purchasing multiple items which are lightweight, and will advise you by email of the revised price and method of the refund .
