History of MUSIC BY THE SCORE
Music by the Score was launched in 1994 when it was felt there was a market for out of print and hard to find music. Having once owned a Music shop selling new instruments and printed music, our knowledge provides an understanding of the stock we sell and customers can be assured of getting a professional friendly service at all times.
These days we sell our 'previously owned' stock purely through the internet and our music is sent to customers all over the World.
The business has progressed from having a small stock available with details catalogued and circulated by post, to the present 10,000 + listed items all available for online purchase right now. Our stock list is updated daily. Difficult to estimate, but probably 5 times that number of items are in stock at any one time and these are being added to our lists regularly.
With an extensive and long standing background in the music business we can quickly and easily locate items required even when details are not complete. In this case our knowledge of composers, their works, old song verses,etc help to identify any sought after work for you.
